A Portal chamber is a room that can be built in a player-owned house. It requires level 50 Construction and costs 100,000. Within a Portal Chamber, players can use their Magic skill to build portals that they and their guests can use to teleport to various locations around Gielinor. There are 2 hotspots available:

The POH portal, commonly referred to as a house portal, is the entrance to a player-owned house (POH), the main feature of the Construction skill. House Advertisements are also found next to these portals, in which players can check whether advertised houses contain frequently used features.

A Portal Chamber is a room that can be built in a player-owned house. It requires level 50 Construction and costs 100,000 coins. Within a Portal Chamber, players can build portals that can teleport the player to various locations around RuneScape. The cost for building a portal is 100 times the rune cost for the teleport spell in question.

House portal locations Estate agents can move a player's house from its starter location in Rimmington to any of the other house portal locations identified by the portal icon on the map. These locations are Rimmington, Taverley, Pollnivneach, Great Kourend, Rellekka, Brimhaven, and Yanille.

A portal nexus is a room that can be built in a player-owned house. Only one portal nexus room can be built in a player-owned house. It requires level 72 Construction and costs 200,000. Within a portal nexus room, players can build a portal nexus that can teleport the player to multiple locations around Gielinor.

A player-owned house (often shortened to POH) is the focus of the Construction skill. It can be bought from a Real Estate Agent for 1000 coins. Players' houses are located in Rimmington by default, but can be moved to one of 7 different cities for a fee. Players can enter the house through POH portals, labelled on the world map as.

Dying in a player-owned house will cause the player to respawn outside the house portal, NOT lose any items, and have all stats restored to default levels. After an update, players can right-click to teleport inside or outside of their house. Remember, you cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar Spells if you are using regular Magic.

To enter someone else's house, simply click on the portal and select the option "friend's house". Type in the owner's name of the house that you wish to visit and you will arrive in their house, free to do/train whatever possible in their house. You can only visit a house owner if that player is present in their home.
Yanille – OSRS Wiki
Inside the city is a POH portal, which can be reached with a House Teleport spell or tablet if your player-owned house is located in Yanille. A yanille tablet (made from using a scroll of redirection on a house tablet) can be used to teleport to the Yanille house portal, even if your house is located elsewhere.

A player-owned house (often shortened to POH) is the focus of the Construction skill. It can be bought from a Real Estate Agent for 1,000, or is given to the player upon completion of the Daddy's Home miniquest. Players' houses are located in Rimmington by default, but can be moved to one of 8 different cities for a fee, if the required Construction level is met.
